Could I have a e-Tax Invoice for Easy E-Receipt 2.0 from my online purchase?
If you require the E-Receipt, please select 'Check this box if you need a full tax receipt' and enter your Tax ID and Branch (or leave it empty if not applicable) in the delivery section. You can add a billing address in the payment section. The E-Receipt will be sent to the email address you provided within 30 days. Under the terms of the Revenue Department, the tax deduction is up to 30,000 THB.
To conform with the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 campaign, all receipts from online purchases made between 16 January - 28 February 2025 will be in the form of an E-Receipt sent via email only. The receipt in paper form will not be provided with the product during this period.
We are unable to edit or issue an E-Receipt in retrospectively. Please ensure that your orders are accurate before checking out.

Will CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH store my payment information?
CHARLESKEITH.CO.TH does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to 2C2P, our payment gateway providers.

What is 3-D Secure payment?
3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It was developed by Visa to improve the security of internet payments and offered to customers as the Verified by Visa service. Services based on the protocol have also been adopted by MasterCard, under the name MasterCard Secure Code. 3-D Secure adds another authentication step for online payments. 3-D Secure should not be confused with the Card Security Code (commonly known as CVV) which is a short numeric code that is printed at the back of the credit card.
My payment has been declined, what should I do?
Please try again and make sure you’re including the correct information for login details, card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, contact your issuing bank or try an alternative mode of payment. For further assistance, please contact us at customers@charleskeith.co.th.
What is an OTP (One Time Password)?
An OTP (One Time Password) is a single-use password generated by the credit/debit card issuing bank to authenticate a user's ownership of a bank account when making an online payment. Your OTP will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number registered to your credit/debit card. Each OTP is valid for only one login session or transaction, and has to be used within a few minutes.
I didn't receive the OTP, what should I do?
Check if you have activated the online payment service with your credit/debit card issuing bank. Please do so before making a purchase.
Check if your current mobile phone number is different from the one you registered with the credit/debit card issuing bank. If it is, contact the bank to update your number.
If you have activated the online payment service and your mobile phone number is the same as the one registered with the credit/debit card issuing bank but you still don't receive the OTP, please contact the bank directly for further assistance.
